Our company and Luzhou Yongfeng Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd. jointly built a key environmental protection project in Sichuan, which is equipped with a 220t/h high-performance desalted water treatment system. The project adopts a three-stage fine treatment process: the raw water first passes through a laminated filter to deeply remove suspended impurities, then uses double-membrane integrated technology (ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis) to efficiently remove salt substances, and finally uses a mixed bed ion exchange process for molecular purification, so that the water quality of the produced water fully meets the medium and high pressure boiler feed water standards, and simultaneously meets the high-quality water demand of the paper mill's self-provided thermal power plant and paper production line. Through process chain integrated innovation, the project has achieved a 35% increase in water resource utilization, with an annual energy saving benefit of more than 2,800 tons of standard coal, becoming a model sample for the recycling upgrade of industrial water systems in southern Sichuan.
