Our company has joined hands with Lanzhou New District Petrochemical Industry Investment Group to build a supporting project for the cogeneration of the chemical park, and built a full-process water circulation system with a total scale of 13,000t/d of raw water pretreatment, 9,600t/d of demineralized water preparation and 1,440t/d of concentrated water deep reuse. The project innovatively adopts the "three-level quality treatment" technical framework: the raw water pretreatment section integrates coagulation reaction, clarification and filtration processes to build an integrated water purification unit, the boiler feed water system uses a self-cleaning filter to intercept micron-level suspended solids, and achieves micron-level solid-liquid separation through an ultrafiltration membrane, and then achieves a desalination rate of more than 98% through a two-stage reverse osmosis device. Finally, the mixed bed ion exchanger performs molecular-level purification, so that the water quality of the produced water fully meets the water use standards for supercritical units. The concentrated water recovery system uses reverse osmosis to further recover the produced water, achieving a recovery rate of more than 80%. With the intelligent reagent dosing system, the overall water consumption is reduced by 30% compared with the traditional process, providing core support for the construction of a green circular industrial chain in the chemical park.
