The project that our company cooperated with Inner Mongolia Xiqing Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. is located in Inner Mongolia. The system scale is a 10,000t/d industrial wastewater zero-discharge treatment system. The wastewater is treated with efficient sedimentation to remove the hardness in the water, and then the COD, NH3-N and other pollutants in the water are removed under the action of strong oxidants. After that, SS and organic matter in the water are further removed through multi-stage filtration. The effluent is then treated by the double membrane method and reused in the production line. After the concentrate is re-concentrated and reduced, it is evaporated and dried into miscellaneous salts through the MVR evaporation device. A complete zero-discharge industry chain is formed.
